Week One

Wu Chi Stance

This stance is known as Wu Chi, or the limitless stance.  The head is up, back straight, with a slight feeling of being pulled up at the crown of the head.   The sacrum is tucked in slightly, the chest is slightly hollowed, and the knees are bent.  Place the tip of your tongue at the roof of the mouth, behind the front teeth.   Relax and imagine sinking into the ground beneath you.
