Double ward off
Let the weight shift completely to the left foot as the heal of the
right foot is lifted off the ground (the toe of the right foot remains on the ground).
Then the toe of the right foot is lifted off the ground and the heal of the right
foot is place in the same spot that the toe was. The feet should now be at right
angles to each other. Then the weight is shifted, the waist is turned, and the left
hand is lifted as in the "Week Three" ward off, but the right hand isn't placed
at the side. Instead, the right hand is lifted with the left hand, palms facing each
other, at chest height. |
