Raise Hand
The weight is shifted to the right foot just long enough to rotate the left foot about
45 degree to the right, then the weight is shifted back to the left foot. The right
foot is then lifted up and moved right placing the toe (the heel stays off the ground
slightly) in line with the heel of the left foot. At the same time, the palms are
turned toward each other and hands should come to rest with the right hand at eye level
and the left along side the left forearm. The foot and hand movements should end at
the same time. |
